Our approach

The process we follow to identify and create customer insight

When working with Customer iQ for your customer research and insight, we focus on specific areas of your business, the stage you are currently at and where you need to get to.

We feel this boils down to 3 specific factors:

  • The problem(s) you’re solving
  • The audience(s) you’re targeting
  • The solution(s) you’re providing

Based on this approach, you may be more problem-first, more audience-first or more solution-first.

You may be looking to more fully understand the problem you are aiming to solve, or you may be in need of identifying potential target audiences. Maybe you are in need of feedback for your product or service?

In our experience, no two organisations are the same so a more bespoke approach is often needed in order to be able to really assist you in developing the business to the next stage of growth.

We design an approach specifically for you which pulls together the best elements of a range of different frameworks, methods and questions.

So, where are you at in terms of your development?
